PHP error_log output truncated

Hi there, I'm using Nginx nginx/0.8.54 with PHP5-fpm version 5.3.5-1ubuntu7.7.

I find that if I do error_log(print_r($obj,1)) in PHP, then the output is truncated and I cannot see the full output in the nginx error log for this virtual host.

I can't seem to work out what's happening. I guess either a limit on output to stderr, or else output is not flushed... but I don't know if this is from php-fpm side or from nginx.

I'd appreciate any advice.

Cheers,
- Luke

Awesome, thank you! The google didn't want to bring that to the light on the day I was searching :)
