I dont know where is my php-fpm.conf its seems that I dont have file named like this...because i cant find this file in myserwer

I have nginx/0.7.64 PHP 5.3.2 . installed on ubuntu 10.10 server

Try here: /etc/php5/fpm/php5-fpm.conf
