Here are event pipe patches.

First one fixes problems observed with complex protocols (FastCGI, HTTP/1.1
with chunked encoding).

Second one optimizes memory and CPU usage for disk-buffered case. Note
it requires ngx_write_chain_to_file() fixes posted recently.
