Since there's no official repo for Maxim's patch queue published
recently
(Cf. http://nginx.org/pipermail/nginx-devel/2011-February/000719.html)
I've provided a github repo with the said patches.

Some of the patches didn't apply cleanly against Nginx 0.9.5. I've
moved them to the rejected directory of the repo.
