how can I contribute a package for inclusion in http://nginx.org/en/linux_packages.html?

I'd like to contribute a package for the HTTP SPNEGO (single sign-on) authentication module for nginx.

See https://github.com/daym/spnego-http-auth-nginx-module. Using packagespecs/centos6 it builds a RPM package and we tested it and it works fine.

(The packagespec was created by copying the specs of existing nginx modules into a new file and adapting it)
