HTTP headers with underscore(s) in their names not transfered to fastcgi

Hi,

I noticed that http headers having an underscore in their names are
not transfered to fast-cgi.
I tried using both the underscores_in_headers and the
fastcgi_pass_header directives but it does not work either.
I'm using nginx 0.7.66.

Regards.
