listen.backlog выставил 1024
somaxconn стоит 102400, не менял его.
Ничего не изменилось.
Смотрю по топу, php-fpm очень сильно грузит процессор 10-20% на каждый процесс, может от этого и ошибки? Как следствие.. А причина на самом деле в другом
