Здравствуйте.

Останавливает без вопросов, а запускать не хочет. Наверное и
останавливать не надо давать через restart и stop. А давать только
через onestop или forcestop и onerestart или forcerestart, хотя могу
ошибаться.

sudo /usr/local/etc/rc.d/nginx restart
Performing sanity check on nginx configuration:
the configuration file /usr/local/etc/nginx/nginx.conf syntax is ok
configuration file /usr/local/etc/nginx/nginx.conf test is successful
Stopping nginx.
Waiting for PIDS: 11998.
Cannot 'start' nginx. Set nginx_enable to YES in /etc/rc.conf or use 'onestart' instead of 'start'.
