Hey,
I think this is a bit out of proportion. For as long as I've been around (some year or two) this must be the first issue where operator interference was required. I'm not even sure why +t ended up in there besides general Freenode tinkering.

I'd prefer to keep talking about things that matter, such as optimizing your config by reading debug logs :-)
