You have to obtain working OpenSSL somewhere (something like
https://wiki.openssl.org/index.php/Binaries might be a good place
to start looking). Assuming you have OpeSSL and RSA keys,
something like this should work:

openssl rsa -in pwd.key -out nopwd.key

For ECDSA, try "openssl ec ..." instead.
