We have been using Nginx with ModSecurity for some time. We are moving from Nginx 1.10 to 1.12. Following the same receipe as always, compiling Nginx 1.12.1 with ModSecurity 2.9.2 now gives error:

error: Bad exit status from /var/tmp/rpm-tmp.TezlYj (%build)


Compiling Nginx 1.10.1 with ModSecurity 2.9.2 the same way works perfectly fine.

What am I missing? Is there something that should be done differently when compiling 1.12.1?
