Hello!

After your upstream block, but before your server (https) block put
something like this:

server {
listen 80;
server_name xxxxxxxxx.ch www.xxxxxxxxx.ch;
return 301 https://$server_name$request_uri;
}

....and remove the ## http redirects to https ## at the bottom.
