Debian nginx packages (nginx, nginx-common and nginx-full) conflict with our nginx package.
a) nginx_1.4.2-1~squeeze_amd64.deb was not tested on debian 8.0 jessie, use it at your own risk.
b) remove nginx, nginx-common and nginx-full and try to reinstall.
