the card is also A STRESS CONTROL DEVICE - thanks to the four quick
relaxation techniques on the back of the card. It thus becomes an excellent
training tool for conditioning in an automatic relaxation response in times
of stress.

they can change the color on the card by going through some of the mental
exercises on the back of the card, it gives them a sense of empowerment, a
