Could you add something similar to HTTP auth_request module for stream?

Basically I want to allow or deny access to TCP stream proxy based on the result of HTTP request. I want to pass to this request source and destination IP addresses and ports and possibly some more informations (results from TLS negotiation/preread and similar).
