I am wondering if anyone could help me convert this .htaccess file to
NGINX. I have attempted to look for solutions on the internet but
cannot seem to solve the problem.

RewriteEngine On
RewriteBase /
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-d
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
RewriteRule . /projects/name/public/index.php
