Hello,

wwwhisper is a generic access control layer for nginx HTTP server. It
utilizes Maxim Dounin's auth_request module. wwwhisper allows to grant
access to HTTP resources based on users' email addresses. Mozilla
Persona is used to prove in a secure way that a visitor owns an
allowed email, no site specific password is created. The access
control layer is application independent. It can be used for anything
served by nginx - dynamic content, static files, content generated by
back-end servers. No support from applications or back-ends is needed.
