I have a problem when I load my CA certificate。

I installed nginx in windows 2003 and XP for test。

when I do not load CA certificate （.crt and .key）

it works so well

when i load local openssL CA certificate， it works also so well

but when I load the CA certificate from STARTSSL or verisign，

it ask me for Enter PEM pass phrase,

after I enter it....

the nginx does not work....

and has the erro report:
