Changes between versions 1.0.2 and 1.0.3:

* Added feature: directive mogilefs_class and ability to specify class
of a resource
* Change: support for HEAD method
* Change: compatibility with nginx API 0.8.11 and greater
* Change: size parameter is now sent with create_close command
* Fixed bug: create_open command and create_close command now cannot
be sent to different trackers
* Change: improved error handling
