Shouldn't this trigger an nginx 404?

in PHP?

header("HTTP/1.0 404 Not Found");
exit();

i even have fastcgi_intercept_errors on; (it wasn't there before)

?

in access.log i see this.. but i was hoping to trigger nginx's error log screen?
