I'm using NGINX compiled with the RTMP module, running on Linux as a server for streaming our church services to two locations. One stream is on-site in another room. That stream goes through our local network, via HLS into an m3u8 file. The other stream is an RTMP push to YouTube.
The local area stream is perfect. However, the YouTube stream has a massive audio sync problem. The audio is shifted by more than one minute later than the video, which of course is unacceptable for those watching the YouTube recording.
Any idea what might be causing this problem?
