I am receiving this upon NGinx restart:

I run the Ubuntu package, NGINX version 1.1.19-1. Any suggestions about how to correct this?

I'm having the same issue. Have you figured this out?

Nope. I upgraded from 1.1.19 back then to 1.2.4 and now 1.3.9 and I am still facing the problem.
My system is running under Ubuntu 3.5.0-19 and apparmor is running. Keep me posted if you find something.
