Help setting up a server for static and next.js websites

Hi,

I need some help optimizing and securing our nginx server configuration. We use it to serve a few domains, each of them has a few subdomains. Most of the websites are static, generated by next.js, but we also need to set up a few next.js based servers.

Since we add and remove regularly domains and subdomains hosted, we wanted to have a modular approach. So we hired someone to provide us with templates for the static and next.js servers.

The new configuration works very well for static sites, but we are getting 404 errors on the first next.js server we have ported to the new system.

The structure is very simple:

/etc/nginx ------------ nginx.conf
/etc/nginx/config --- shared configuration files
/etc/nginx/conf.d --- configuration files for each domain/subdomain

I attach the templates that we are using.

The extent of the work is:

- Analise the configuration files and suggest optimizations and spot errors
- Solve the next.js problem
- Provide a shell script to automate certificate generation and removal using certbot.

I would also want to understand the final configuration and the workflow to add and remove websites. For that reason, I would like to have a one hour teleconference after implementing the solution.

If you are interested, please let me know:

- Your budget
- Estimated time for completion

I will use Paypal. 50% at the start and 50% after successful completion.
