I am looking for someone to fix up my nginx.conf and my virtual.conf files. My site runs fine w/ the current files, but I know they are not done right. I need some try_files and tweaking.

Also, I just attempted to restart my nginx server and this happened:

Executing /etc/rc.d/init.d/nginx restart ..

Stopping nginx: [ OK ]
Starting nginx: nginx: [emerg] bind() to 0.0.0.0:80 failed (98: Address already in use)

nginx: [emerg] bind() to 0.0.0.0:80 failed (98: Address already in use)
nginx: [emerg] still could not bind()
[FAILED]

Now the site is flashing the default 404 page that says 'This page is used to test the proper operation of the nginx HTTP server after it has been installed. If you can read this page, it means that the web server installed at this site is working properly.'
