How to created CDN "Content Delivery Network" on NGINX?

Hi NGINX users,

I got an idea to create NGINX based CDN network....
Is it possible to organize configuration distribution of several nginx servers from 1 place, or some module to get configuration for each server from DB?
Is it possible to use nginx proxy module for content distribution?
