nginx location directive regex case insensitive

Hi all,
This is my nginx config:
<code>
upstream identityserver {
server 1.2.3.4:44341;
}

location /identityserver/ {
proxy_pass http://identityserver/;
proxy_redirect off;
proxy_set_header Host $host;
proxy_set_header X-Real-IP $remote_addr;
proxy_set_header X-Forwarded-For $proxy_add_x_forwarded_for;
proxy_set_header X-Forwarded-Host $server_name;
}
</code>
I want requests to mywebsite.com/identityserver or mywebsite.com/IdentityServer or any variation of "identityserver" will be processed to upstream identityserver. How can I do that ?
Please give me some advice, thank you very much.
