Hi Team,

I am using nginx for the past 2 years for my project. The version is 1.18.0, its running on Ubuntu 20.04 LTS machine. I am having my own UI and changed routing configurations for my purpose. Till now I didn't faced any issues. But recently (past 3 days) having an issue with nginx which is my index.html file got changed automatically and showing "Welcome to nginx" page. Not on only one server, its keep on changing multiple servers. I've attached the screenshot FYR.

Kindly help me with this. Thanks in advance.
