hello
in some specific scenario i need to build web app complete in c++ including simple templating engine
to render HTML
is there any way to do it using Nginx ?

Nope, but you can get close enough with (embedded) Lua.

That is what Lua is for, why re-invent the wheel when Lua is almost pure C++
