I am trying to install nginx for the very first time. I am not successful. I get the following message before it quits:

nginx: [emerg] bind() to 0.0.0.0:80 failed (10013: FormatMessage() error:(15100))

Google was not my friend this time...can someone help me?

(Windows 7)

Nginx don't want to start again (neither reload). How to solve this problem, all the time the same error: ...FormatMessage() error:(15100))

Make sure nothing else is using port 80 like IIS.
