Debian Buster has been removed from the packages creation list. Debian Buster is old, I know, but it is still actively maintained due to LTS (https://wiki.debian.org/LTS).

I still have a system that is running Buster and I have to deploy new njs version due to vulnerabilities found on old versions but njs is no longer available for Debian Buster.

How could I compile njs on my own?
I don't want to recompile nginx, just njs and create a package similar to nginx-module-njs_1.22.1+0.7.9-1~bullseye_arm64.deb but for buster instead.
