For some reason whenever i try to either do a nginx.exe -s reload/stop/quit it will get access denied... Do any of you have a solution to that problem???

Info:
C:\Servers\NGINX-1.2.8>nginx -s reload
nginx: [error] OpenEvent("Global\ngx_reload_3884") failed (5: Access is denied)

C:\Servers\NGINX-1.2.8>nginx -s stop
nginx: [error] OpenEvent("Global\ngx_stop_3884") failed (5: Access is denied)

C:\Servers\NGINX-1.2.8>nginx -s quit
nginx: [error] OpenEvent("Global\ngx_quit_3884") failed (5: Access is denied)

Ok, I know most of you are using nginx on a unixi/linux platform.
but is there really nobody who is using windows and has the same problems ?
ho do you reload your configuration ?

ok, I dont know really why, but in my case I fixed it:
the service was running under the local system account.
i tried to send the -s reload as a administrator user on this machine and this fails.
after using an admin account for the service, every admin user can send now -s commands.
strange - but thats life...
