So, we hate framing. They come from URL shorteners from Digg, StumbleUpon and HootSuite. There are simple ways to break out of framing but I was wondering is there's any way to remove a very particular framing we recenttly found:

Framed URL: http://shortener.com/bgp/www.alt1040.com

so, my question is: any way (via rewrites) to remove the "shortener.com/bgp" part?
