Nginx should release a version that is an Apache Module, so Apache users can install Nginx as a module, and Nginx can trick cPanel by Nginx handling static AND dynamic requests and Apache will just be there to make cPanel happy so it will work and users can still have all cPanel features coz Nginx does not work with cPanel.

A http daemon as an Apache module? cant see your logic there....

nginx can quite easily be run as a proxy on a cPanel server, see here: http://figvam.blogspot.com/2008/05/using-nginx-to-accelerate-apache-on.html

I think that makes about as much sense as this:
http {
http {
server {}
}
server {}
}

... Which obviously won't work.
