The "stock" RHEL6 version of nginx is compiled with slightly more options such as geoip would it not be possible to compile the packages you provide with the same options available so it would be easier to use a up to date version?

This way it would save time to recompile a version from source and we could simply stay up to date with the rpm's you provide for rhel6.
