Environment variables and php settings through fastcgi_param
December 14, 2010 01:42PM
Hello, All!

Is it possible to configure php-fpm or php through fastcgi_param like
in spawn-cgi (which seems to be dead)?

i.e. fastcgi_param PHP_VALUE "upload_max_filesize=5M";
or fastcgi_param CHROOT "/home/some_user";

Thanks!

see the default configuration file. There is examples. But it's only
possible for PHP parameters not FPM itself (like chroot)

Which default configuration file exactly do you mean? Could you please
give me the link?

Is it related to PHP 5.3+ only?

It's working in fresh php-fpm for PHP 5.3.3

fastcgi_param PHP_ADMIN_VALUE "cgi.fix_pathinfo=0";
