I would need a more general solution to this problem (and I need to keep my filesystem case sensitive). Sometimes, owners of websites use caps to make their urls more readable. For instance, they would write "website: www.gallery.com/TheArtClub.html" on their business card. Of course, it is sometimes difficult to anticipate their usage of capital letters. And I find it difficult to explain them that they should never user capital letters in print materials...
